Deleting your account and data

How to request account deletion and what happens to your listings, trucks, applications, and messages.

FoodParks doesn't have a "delete my account" button in the app today. To delete your account and its data, contact the FoodParks support team and ask them to delete it for you.

How to request deletion

Use the Contact FoodParks support form. Say that you want your account deleted, and include the email address on your FoodParks account so support can find it — if you're signed in when you send the message, that's already handled for you.

What deletion removes

Account deletion is permanent — once it's done, it can't be undone. It removes:

  • Your account — your profile, your sign-in methods (including any connected Google or Facebook sign-in; see Managing connected accounts), and every active session, so you're signed out everywhere.
  • Your listings — any spaces or venues you've listed, along with their photos and tags.
  • Your trucks — any food truck profiles you've registered, along with their photos and tags.
  • Applications — applications you submitted to listings, and any applications other food trucks submitted to your own listings.
  • Messages — every conversation thread you're part of, whether you sent or received the messages in it. Deleting your account removes these threads for the other person in the conversation too, not just for you.

Before you request it

  • There's no way to delete a single listing or truck without deleting the whole account. To stop a listing from appearing without deleting anything, change its status instead — see Listing statuses explained.
  • If you run more than one listing or truck from the same account (see Managing multiple trucks or listings), deleting the account removes all of them together, not just one.
  • If you only want to update your name, email, or connected sign-in methods, see Updating your name and contact email — you don't need to delete your account for that.
