Didn't get your sign-in code?

Check spam, watch the expiry window, request a fresh code, and use the link in the email — plus what to do if nothing arrives.

A sign-in code is usually in your inbox within a few seconds. If it hasn't shown up, work through these checks before trying anything else.

Check your spam or junk folder

The email comes from support@foodparks.io, and automated codes sometimes get filtered. Your six-digit code is the first thing in the subject line, so you can often spot it in a spam or junk folder without opening the message.

Watch the expiry window

A code is good for a little over twelve minutes after FoodParks sends it. The email says ten minutes, so go by that and you will never be caught short. Wait longer than the window and entering the code shows "OTP expired" instead of signing you in — that's expected, not a bug. Request a fresh code and use it right away.

Request a fresh code

There's no resend button on the code-entry screen. To get a new code, go back to the sign-in page and enter your email again. This sends a brand-new code and replaces the one before it, so if an old code shows up in your inbox afterward, it will no longer work.

Use the link in the email

Every code email also includes a one-tap sign-in link. If typing six digits is awkward — say, you're switching between your phone's mail app and browser — tap the link instead. It signs you in the same way, without retyping anything. See Signing in with an email code for how the code and the link both work.

If nothing arrives at all

  • Double-check your email address for typos. A mistyped address sends the code to an inbox you don't own. FoodParks quietly fixes a few very common typos, but not every one.
  • Give it another minute, then request a fresh code — delivery is occasionally just slow.
  • Try signing in with Google or Facebook instead, using the same email address. FoodParks links matching accounts automatically, so you land in the same account either way. See Signing in with Google or Facebook.
  • Still nothing? Email support@foodparks.io directly — that's the same address the code comes from. See Contacting FoodParks support.
