This 0.71-acre site sits directly adjacent to the Dundee Bistro building, home to an established restaurant and the Lytle-Barnett | Aubaine wine tasting room and Merenda Deli, putting your rig in front of built-in daily traffic from diners, tasters, and tour groups. Dundee draws serious tourist volume year-round and remains chronically underserved for casual, quick food — and there isn't another pod in town.

We are seeking a food cart partner for a unique opportunity in a well-established North Portland
neighborhood near PCC Cascade and Jefferson High School. This is not a crowded food cart pod.

The available space is adjacent to an event venue with over a decade of history and an exciting
expansion currently underway. As our venue grows, we're looking to establish a long-term
relationship with a food provider who shares our vision of creating a vibrant gathering place.
