Full time space available for rent
Food cart space will be available in The Smile Pod Sellwood/Westmoreland starting October 2026.
Spaces in our popular neighborhood 3-cart pod rarely become available. The current outgoing tenant has been in the pod for over 8 years, making this a unique opportunity to join our established pod in the highly desirable Sellwood/Westmoreland community.
