Food Truck Spaces for Rent in Michigan

On the National Register of Historic Places, Old Main was the first building of Suomi Opisto (Finnish College) featuring classrooms, dormitory, chapel. We are restoring this landmark to Serve as: artist collective, gallery an event/retreat center.

Winter sports shop looking to rent spots in its lot to create a community area for spring and summer. Currently looking for 3-4 vendors to fill lot spots. Lots of green space that we can furnish with tables for patrons, along with EBIKE rentals out of the same lot on weekends to drive additional traffic. Surrounded by the trailhead to the Lansing River Trail, along with Maguire Park, with park parking lot commonly 60% full (34 cars).
