The Lab Ski and Snowboard Shop

Winter sports shop looking to rent spots in its lot to create a community area for spring and summer. Currently looking for 3-4 vendors to fill lot spots. Lots of green space that we can furnish with tables for patrons, along with EBIKE rentals out of the same lot on weekends to drive additional traffic. Planning on hosing 1 Ski/Snowboard Movie per month, with email list of over 1.8k current patrons. Direct road visibility on Jolly and Aurelius, with dual drive for both road accesses. Surrounded by the trailhead to the Lansing River Trail, along with Maguire Park, with park parking lot commonly 60% full (34 cars).
