Express Food Truck Park

We are building an early interest list for any food trucks or carts that are looking for a large mobile restaurant lot/pod located in a busy metro area. You will be grouped with 12 to 25 other trucks/carts daily. The location will be somewhere in the Southcenter or surrounding area, catering to daytime corporate, industrial, residential and foot traffic. Delivery orders will do very well in the centralized area. The lot will also provide marketing to provide additional traffic. This express lot will provide restrooms, handwashing, lighting, tables, umbrellas and seating. Trucks and carts will need to pull in and out of the lot each day. Fresh water, power, waste/gray water collection and trash will not be provided. There are a number of commissaries in the surrounding areas. Lot schedule is 11am-8pm daily. We are aiming to open in August. First come first serve on the waitlist. The address is still to be determined. Monthly rate, daily rate or percentage option.
