We're building an early interest list for food trucks and carts interested in joining a new, high-traffic mobile restaurant lot located in the busy Southcenter area or nearby. This location will feature 12–24 food vendors daily and serve a vibrant mix of corporate, industrial, residential, and pedestrian customers. What to Expect: Operating hours: 11 AM – 8 PM daily. Strong delivery orders due to a centralized location. On-site marketing support to help drive foot traffic. Amenities provided: restrooms, handwashing stations, lighting, tables, umbrellas, and seating. Daily pull-in/pull-out required for all trucks and carts. No utilities provided (power, water, waste/gray water collection, or trash), but several commissaries are available nearby. Opening Target: August. Location: Final address TBD. Pricing Options: Monthly rate, daily rate, or percentage-based.
