Location is half a block off of 202 which runs directly through Fall City and about 400 feet from the Snoqualmie River. There are three spots that have power and water set up. There’s a gravel parking lot with minimal parking but ample parking in the surrounding area. Fall City is an up-and-coming town and eastern King County just outside of Redmond and close access to R 90. It is starved for food options and has a very good foot traffic population particularly during the summer months when they have a seasonal economy based on outdoors sporting events and to local music venues. Site has a kitchen and bathrooms on site as well for customers and seating inside and outside. The owner is looking for at least one permanent Tenant particularly a pizza. Tenant is desired with the option of using some of the interior space if the relationship works.
