FoodParks doesn't have a buyer-inquiry inbox for sellers yet — there's no dashboard where requests land, nothing to mark read, and no status to update. Here's what actually happens today, and how to reach FoodParks about your truck in the meantime.
What the Request Info button does
Every truck for sale shows a Request Info button next to its asking price on the Food Trucks For Sale page. Right now that button only takes the buyer to the sign-in page — it doesn't send you a message, and nothing about their interest reaches you inside FoodParks.
If a buyer reaches you outside FoodParks
If someone contacts you directly — by phone, email, or in person — about your truck, that conversation happens entirely between the two of you. FoodParks doesn't relay, track, or store it.
Questions about your listing
Want to change your asking price, take your truck off the for-sale page, or ask something else about being listed? Contact FoodParks support — the same support-mediated path covered in How to sell your food truck.
FoodParks doesn't handle the sale
Whether or not a buyer reaches you, FoodParks never processes payment for a truck sale and never takes a cut — the sale itself happens directly between you and the buyer. See Does FoodParks handle payments?.
