We strive to build a positive, family friendly environment where business thrives and our neighbors have a welcome place to spend their time. Vendor Rent is set at $950.00 but there are incentives to reduce rent to as low as $800.00 --AMENITIES-- Bathrooms: two outdoor public facilities and one private indoor facility for owners/employees. Storage: Rentable space on-site in a secure facility. Security: Well lit at night with security cameras. Alcohol: BYOB policy for customers (please drink responsibly). Seating: Numerous bench tables under a covered pavilion. Add-Ons: Firepits and a playground for the kids. Voluntary participation in our Events packages to drive up sales revenue. Entertainment: Regular artisan markets, a stage for performances and live music, multiples tv's and we host monthly special events.
