Strong delivery orders due to a centralized location. On-site marketing support to help drive foot traffic. Amenities provided: restrooms, handwashing stations, lighting, tables, umbrellas, and seating. Daily pull-in/pull-out required for all trucks and carts. No utilities provided (power, water, waste/gray water collection, or trash), but several commissaries are available nearby. Opening Target: August. Location: Final address TBD.
