The North Yard Llc

This is a 18 acre parking and storage facility that hosts up to 400 trucks, boats, and RV's. There is a lot of movement at the yard as there is a heavy duty diesel repair shop, truck wash, and certified public scale on site. Antelope North Rd. is the primary street that is used to access neighboring cities and the freeways/highways therefore there is a high volume of traffic passing the facility. 200 homes are also being built directly across the street and the nearby neighborhood is less that 30 seconds away.
