I have a full-time space available for 5 food trucks. The location is very close to the Ion District and the University of Houston. Emancipation and Alabama.
Market at Emancipation is a gathering space, vendor market and a vibe in the heart of historic Third Ward.
Located at the historic intersection of Eagle St. and Emancipation Ave., Park at Emancipation is more than just a food truck park—it’s a community renaissance. Once the home of the historic Local 107, this site has been preserved to fulfill the dream of Marvin Blackman: to create a space that truly benefits the Third Ward. We are transforming this underutilized lot into a vibrant 'Third Place'—a destination where neighbors gather, local chefs thrive, and the culture of Houston is celebrated. Our mission is to bridge the gap in local dining options while providing a world-class platform for small business growth. Now accepting pre leasing for a targeted opening of November 2026. Located in the heart of Third Ward, we are walking distance to the Savoy, D Bar, Sparlkes, Leighton's and many other bars and restaurants on the Emancipation Corridor. Reserve your space now to have access to this prime location once open. Complete our intake form here https://www.parkatemancipation.com/park
A lively food truck area with comfortable seating, electrical/water availability, steady flow of high quality traffic, and a prime area sightseeing area in Houston.
