This lot is located off of busy Loop 7 in Athens, TX. The space available previously held portable buildings so there is a lot of room. There is permanent parking or nonpermanent parking. The lot is protected with security cameras. Trash service will be included in the monthly rental agreement. Lot is located outside of city limits. If there is significant interest water, lights, electricity, covered lots could be available in the near future. The lot shares the grounds with other businesses.
