Private commercial property with an active auto repair shop, artificial turf seating area, tables, benches, 50 amp power, water hookup, shared dumpster for normal bagged trash, and restroom access for working food truck staff only. This is not a direct road-front location, so it is best for an established truck with pickup/delivery, online ordering, catering, scheduled lunch service, or an existing customer base.
