Parking space on busy Washington Ave. Electricity and water included. Bar next door, lots of foot traffic, residential neighborhood, apartment complexes nearby. There is a car meet almost every Sunday morning at the coffee house on the corner. Street is packed with cars and people. Maximum of 4 food trucks will be allowed. Two 30 amp/125v electrical hookups, one 50 amp/220v, and one 20amp/125v hookup available. Space to set up tables if you wish. Also open to leasing by individual days for $100/day.
