Looking for a food truck to set up at a high-traffic location at 20320 FM 529, Cypress, TX 77433. Excellent visibility with heavy daily traffic (40000 vehicles per day), a strong customer base in the area and right across the street from Fiesta Mart. Space is available now. The picture shows where the food truck will be located. It will be in the parking lot in front of Mike's Seafood restaurant. If you need utilities (electricity, water, grease, access to restroom, etc), it will be an additional $150 flat fee a month. $500 is for one parking spot. We have 50 amp and 240 volts electricity. One spot taken. Another spot for an additional truck is still available.
