Hunter's Point Retail Park

13091 Pond Springs Rd is a neighborhood retail property in North Austin with strong daily traffic driven by surrounding residential density and service-oriented tenants. The site offers high visibility from Pond Springs Rd and consistent vehicle flow throughout the day, creating a reliable customer base beyond event-driven peaks. We are introducing a curated food truck component to further activate the property and increase overall customer dwell time. This opportunity is best suited for self-contained food truck operators who already manage their own power and water systems. In exchange, the property provides a stable, well-trafficked operating location without the uncertainty of street parking or short-term event setups. The focus is on creating a predictable, repeat-customer environment where operators can build steady daily revenue rather than relying on one-off spikes. We are intentionally curating a complementary vendor mix to avoid direct competition and maximize cross-traffic
