We are seeking a single special food cart to make its home in front of our bustling performing arts center in Northwest Portland, just off of celebrated NW 23rd Avenue. Great neighborhood brimming with new condos and apartments, beautiful homes, and legendary shops and restaurants. Length of term negotiable. Space available beginning in November, after renovation of interior rehearsal and office space completed (photo shows signage of prior retail tenant).

Very High foot and vehicle traffic. Near other vendors and College. Approx 4 spaces considered full time.
