A new bar coming to Smithville summer 2025. We have a front parking lot that faces the highway, just a couple blocks from Main St. our intention is to close off the parking lot to vehicles, using it solely for a food truck or self-contained trailer to operate out of and have space for seating. Our business will provide alcoholic beverages and/or indoor, air conditioned seating for all of your customers. We can also work something out to where we assist inside with order taking and send to your kitchen printer. We’re pretty flexible with how we go about it. The only requirements are that you be self-contained, don’t serve alcohol, and have your own licensing and food permit. Space rent is negotiable.
