These will all be there next to the bar and across the street from a new fishing pier that will bring a lot of business to our area. Located on high traffic Hwy 87. We are the only bar and grill within 15 miles of any other locations. We are located across from the Gulf of Mexico/America on on Hwy 87 with easy access and ample parking for customers. Tables available inside the bar and on upper deck for food customers. Full hookup, electric, water, sewer, and trash included in space rent. You will need to provide your own propane. Will consider different rental periods but must stay at least a month and be willing to sign a month-to-month lease.
