Germantown Parking

In the heart of the Germantown neighborhood, a small privately-owned parking lot with incredibly visible street frontage in a high foot traffic area! The lot measures 37ft x 37ft, able to accommodate most food trucks and trailers. There are a few picnic tables and outdoor seating available. Overnight parking is allowed, no problem. No utilities available. Previous tenants have operated with a generator. If you'd like exclusive use of the lot, that can generally be accommodated. Please let me know any questions you might have!
