Our parking lot is empty from 12-3 each day and we can accommodate earlier arrival. There is a field our volunteers can park next to the building. As well there is unmetered street parking for our volunteers, leaving the parking lot empty for Food Truck use or its patrons. The rental income for this space will go directly to the saving of hundreds more abandoned dogs.
Per city regulations, it's only allowed to do business 8 days per month. This is a plaza with big parking lot located right on US-1 in Dania Beach with very high traffic of cars passing by every minute. Parking is located right next to the road and the plaza itself is on the back of the lot, which provides a great visibility for your food truck. We have a big and famous laundry located on our lot and a few other businesses. On weekends the plaza gets full of customers to visit a church which we have on the plaza as well. Rent depends on size of the truck, consumption of water, electricity and amount of trash and amount of parking used. Come try for 1 month and you'll see how good the location is.
