Brand new modern farmer's market/cafe/restaurant/AirBnB w/ picnic tables. Located on the renowned "M-72 farming corridor" in Traverse City, MI. 1 food truck is permitted. Our cafe closes at 2 p.m. Wednesdays-Sundays. Food truck operation hours are from 3-7 p.m. I am open to having the truck there during other hours Mondays and Tuesdays. We are permitted to host weddings twice a month and classes/private events more frequently - we can offer your truck as a preferred vendor. Operation during private events (unless you're hired) will be prohibited but your truck could remain on site if needed. Outdoor three-step sink and hand-washing step sink is provided for filling up your water and hand washing. Step sink is not for ware washing. Depending on waste amounts, we do have a small dumpster that could be utilized. I can provide bathroom access for the food truck vendor, but if you're wanting the public to use the bathrooms our staff is $17/hr. to be on site.
