We are a music venue and full bar with flexible hours (open until 2 AM) and available bathrooms. We are located in west campus with a large capacity and plenty of seating, inside and outside with booths and picnic tables. We have 2 food truck spaces available. We are looking for food diversity that would be a great addition with a preferable strong social media presence. We have a coffee program next door and are looking for breakfast. We are specifically looking for a taco truck that can serve breakfast and be open late.
This is a very desirable spot for a new or seasoned food trailer business. It is located next to the famous Vaquero Taquero and is currently home to Square Peg Coffee company. An electricity connection is available. This area has flow of local resident and student traffic during the day and late night as well.
