TV Hwy Carts — Food Cart Spaces Coming Soon Prime food cart spaces coming soon along SW Tualatin Valley Highway in the Aloha/Beaverton area. TV Hwy Carts will be located adjacent to Manila Market, providing food cart operators with strong street visibility, existing customer traffic, customer parking, and outdoor seating. We are currently planning three food cart spaces and are looking to connect with operators interested in being part of the initial group. Planned site features include: * High visibility from TV Highway & 170th Ave * On-site customer parking * Outdoor picnic-table seating * Landscaped grass area * Space for up to 3 food carts * Adjacent to an established grocery business We are especially interested in established or experienced operators looking for a long-term location.
