Liquor Store located right off the 340 on the Maryland side of the tri-state border. Good size parking lot with plenty of space for a food truck. No restaurants in the immediate area yet (there is an empty restaurant space across the street from our store that has been bought, but has shown no sign of opening any time soon). Mainly looking for someone who wants to set up on some Fridays and/or Saturdays for the summer (preferably Saturday as that is the day with the most traffic) but we are open to discussing other dates and times.

CALLING ALL FOOD TRUCKS! We are currently taking applications for food trucks at Forestville Plaza Shopping Center. You'll be among some well established trucks as well as a couple new ones that have joined us recently. Not only do we have 218,000 sq ft of retail and other commercial spaces in the shopping center that generate a great deal of foot traffic but we're conveniently located minutes from 495 and route 4 at the intersection of Forestville Rd and Marlboro Pk for those taking mobile orders. Spaces are $1,000/mo plus a $1,000 security deposit due at lease signing. Enjoy the luxury of leaving your rig parked overnight securely without having to move on a daily basis.
