The Peninsula Market Hall — Outdoor Cart Space Available A new market hall and community hub is coming to 6425 N Albina Ave, directly across from Peninsula Park. We’re launching with an outdoor food cart area in the next 3–6 months, with a full indoor café, bar, and market to follow. Cart operators get in early on a high-traffic, well-programmed venue before the rest of the build-out brings even more foot through the door.
