Opening Summer 2025 (July/August) Original 1950's Shell gas station converted into a bar/lounge featuring 6 food cart spots with full hook ups, and indoor/outdoor covered seating. Situated on on HWY 99 in Mcminnville, Oregon bordering high density residential, single family homes and commercial offices while only being three blocks away from historic 3rd street shopping district. 24,000 impressions a day during the week with increased weekend coast traffic. We looking for carts with unique and “homemade” preferred. Currently we have Mexican, Indian, Philly cheesesteak and chicken carts. Carts need to be approximately 16’ feet or shorter with removable tongues. Customers need to be able to order from the back.
