Fairlane Cocktails and Coffee

Cocktail and Coffee bar with an established customer base of families, travelers, sports teams and work from home friends. The venue can accommodate up to three food trucks or food trailers( dependent on size). There is parking for 72 cars, indoor and outdoor seating, air conditioning and heating, full bar and coffee service. FairLane is open seven days a week from 7am to 10pm. Close proximity to neighborhoods, schools, entertainment and nature activities. Water, electric and trash removal is included in the rent.
