De La Madre Village is a one-of-a-kind outdoor gathering space in the heart of East Austin. Nestled beneath towering heritage oak trees and sprinkled with native Texas landscaping; designed to foster community through food, nature, and meaningful connection. This earthy haven is located on highly visible 12th Street, sits at the entrance to our thriving nature preschool, creating a built-in audience of families and community members who value local, sustainable, and health-conscious businesses. We're intentionally seeking mission-aligned food partners—not just vendors. Our ideal tenants are a local coffee & a healthy food concept (farmers, bakers, or chefs ) who believe food brings people together and who want to help create a neighborhood gathering place unlike anything else in Austin. Also offering weekend drop-in childcare, allowing parents to enjoy a meal, work remotely, or connect with friends while their children play in a safe, nature-based environment.
